Access
The following is information on how to access Tamaki using various transportation, including car and public transportation such as JR and buses.
Train
From Tokyo Station, take the Yamagata Shinkansen, and from Sendai, take JR Senzan Line to Yamagata Station. From Yamagata Station, transfer to the JR Aterazawa Line and get off at Sagae Station, then use the Nishikawa town bus.
Car
From the Tohoku Expressway Murata JCT, head toward Yamagata/Sakata on the Yamagata Expressway, then get off at Nishikawa IC and take National Rt. 112. Drive on National Rt. 112 toward Tsuruoka, and turn left (*there is a sign) when you see a 7-Eleven on the left and gas station on the right. At the first intersection, turn right and continue until you see the Tamaki parking area.
